When space is an issue can you still have a functional kitchen? The answer is a resounding YES!!! Check out the small yet functional kitchen Shaun Smith and I created together for the Southern Style Now Showhouse guest cottage. Shaun is the interior designer who was hired by the homeowners before the house became the showhouse for the Southern Style Now event. When it came time to design the kitchen in the guest cottage, Shaun and I worked together to choose the color of the cabinets, the tile backsplash, flooring and the hardware. I don’t need to tell you how much I love, love Thermador appliances because you already know from previous postings I’m sure.
This kitchen features the new 30″ Thermador range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator all neatly tucked away in a kitchen with a footprint which is typical of a tiny apartment, yet offers the option of proper appliances in a pro kitchen. To make this little gem shine we added Crossville Tile inc. ‘s Sympatico tile in matte white which will be available in August of this year and flooring is

Our hardware of choice was Nest Studio Collection in brushed brass from their Hex collection! It feels like sculpture in your hand. The brushed brass finish added a jewelry-like statement to the kitchen and warmed up the stainless.
