Meet the talented Mac Meckley, from Seattle. Mac is a successful artist with a flair for the unusual. Recently, Mac decided to take her fine art work a step further, by taking her beautiful paintings and translating them into pillows and throws. The result is phenomenal! Mac’s first three collections, Blooming, Dashing and Fetching reveal Mac’s unique style and talent as an artist. I predict we will be hearing much more about this talented young lady!
Mac’s designs have a european sensibility. The designs are grounded in classic elements presented in a fresh, updated way. Her pillows are digitally painted and printed onto natural linens, cottons and silks.
The ” Dashing” Collection has a mysterious, curiosity shop vibe about it. The collection features pillows with nautilus shells, feathers, pistols, butterflies and skull. The designs are printed on 100% silk charmeuse in dark, rich colors. Interesting and artistic.
This darling “yorkie sir “pillow just arrived in my studio and I must say is so realistic, my dog barked at it! (Did I tell you my Oliver is a Yorkie?) Oliver thought he had competition! Now Oliver strolls past my pillow with a watchful eye!
How cute is this face? Madame will steal your heart away! The quality of these pillows is amazing. The artwork is printed on heavy cotton twill and backed with black and white diamond fabric which adds the perfect designer touch.
The Moth and Butterfly Throws are available in several colors. These beautiful baby blankets are meant to be heirlooms to pass down through the generations. The blankets feature Mac’s one-of-a-kind art printed on the finest silk charmeuse with a cream english wool backing. Size 36″ x 56″. Can you imagine your beautiful baby photographed on this heirloom blanket?
Last but certainly not least is the “Blooming” Collection. This collection features brightly colored florals with roses and mermaids combined in interesting patterns on beautiful Shannon linen. The colors are vivid and dynamic. Wake up a boring room with these beauties. (Lucky for us, Mac has reduced the prices on this collection so get them now before they are gone! )
