Plaid is Hot! Trend on Tuesday!

I’m currently craving a little plaid!  It might be because of my upcoming trip to London, home of Burberry, but I don’t know?  No longer relegated to prep school, plaid has moved from menswear and little boys’s rooms to the runway, home decor and beyond. Gone is the prim and proper look of plaid, tartans, buffalo checks from the past. The grunge look of the 90’s has been modified to reflect an edgier presence.  Pair your tartans with leather or your tall boots for a modern take on plaids.  If you want to be hip this fall, you’ll definitely need to add a little plaid to your wardrobe.  Whether you choose a dress or scarf, plaid definitely deserves a place in your closet this season. So paint your lips red, add a little more eye shadow and tousle your hair to loosen up the lines of plaid!
